Reporting an Issue with a Seller
If you are having a problem with a seller, let us know, and we will look into it.
You should only report a seller if you think they are disrupting our policies. We have included a few examples of when to report a seller:
Selling Counterfeit Items
Delayed Shipping
Negative Feedback.
Not as Advertised/Wrong Item
Used Item Sold As New
To report an issue with a seller that's in your Favorite Sellers List, follow these steps:
Head to buyingless.com
Log in to your seller account.
If the seller you want to report is one of your favorite sellers, go to your Account and then My Favorite Sellers.
Under My Favorite Seller List, find the seller you want to report, and click on it.
Under the seller's name, you will find a Report Seller button.
6. A new screen will show up, fill out the information, and submit your report.
To report an issue with a seller that's not in your Favorite Sellers List, follow these steps:
Head to buyingless.com
Log in to your seller account.
Find a product that is sold by the seller you want to report, and click on it.
You will find a gray box with the sellers' information. Here, you can Report a Product, or you can continue with reporting the seller.
5.If you want to continue with reporting the seller, click on the seller's name.
6.Under the seller's name, you will find a Report Seller button.
7.A new screen will show up, fill out the information, and submit your report.
